A well-established and growing family practice clinic in El Paso is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. We are looking for a Physician Assistant with 1–2 years of family medicine or primary care experience who is committed to patient-centered care and building long-term relationships with patients and families in the community.
Position Highlights

- Monday through Friday schedule
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications
- Certified Physician Assistant with active or eligible Texas license
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in family medicine, primary care, or internal medicine preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and staff
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
