A growing outpatient practice in El Paso, Texas is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This position focuses on outpatient care with an emphasis on minor surgical procedures in a well-supported clinical environment.
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable working with a diverse patient population. While prior experience with minor surgical procedures is preferred, the practice is willing to provide hands-on training to ensure your success and long-term growth.

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Perform and assist with minor in-office surgical procedures.
- Manage pre- and post-procedure patient care.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physician.
- Provide patient education regarding procedures, recovery, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas (or eligible for licensure).
- Prior clinical experience required.
- Spanish-speaking preferred.
- Strong procedural skills or interest in procedural training.
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
