Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Opportunity
Our growing medical practice is seeking experienced and motivated Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join our expanding team in Fresno and Lancaster, California. This is an outstanding opportunity for providers who enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while helping individuals improve their mobility and quality of life.
The practice specializes in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions, with a primary emphasis on diagnosing and managing joint pain. Providers will work closely with physicians and an experienced clinical team to deliver comprehensive care using both traditional and innovative treatment options.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time W-2 position.
- Competitive salary: $140,000–$200,000 annually, based on experience.

- Monday through Friday schedule.
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- No nights or weekend clinic responsibilities.
- 100% on-site position.

Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate patients with acute and chronic joint pain.
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies.
- Perform image-guided joint injections to reduce pain and inflammation.
- Educate patients on treatment options and recovery plans.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
- Participate in innovative minimally invasive treatment procedures, including advanced techniques for managing chronic joint pain.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Orthopedic or musculoskeletal experience preferred.
- Strong procedural and patient communication skills.
- Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.
- California license (or ability to obtain one).
